About Rebuild Health

Hey, I’m Jodine, the founder of Rebuild Health and I have created these resources to support you on your physical activity journey. I’m a chartered sports and exercise psychologist and I work with both athletes & the general population to support them in reaching their goals.

Rebuild Health is on a mission to improve the physical activity levels of the black community using mindset and psychology tools. We do this by running events to bring the community together and running a 12 week project to offer 1-2-1 or group support.
