Your Exercise Journey Is Better With Support!
We’re building a peer-support network helping Black people across the UK stay active, connected, and consistent with health and wellbeing. One local connection at a time.
This is where support begins. Let's face it, being active can be hard when you do it alone, but when you have someone to support you through it can lift the load.
Welcome!
Supporting the Black community to build a healthy, active, and empowered future — together.
How it Works
-
Our online form will ask you a set of questions, which allow us to get to know you better. This includes, what activity you like, age, where you are based and your current goal.
-
We’ll connect you with someone nearby with similar goals. Don’t worry we will do the initial intro too.
-
Check in, celebrate wins, and keep each other motivated. Support goes both ways.
P.s there will be opportunities for ALL buddies to meet in person throughout the year.
“Support like our parents used to have, think Pardners and large pots of food”.
With all we experience building a healthy, active lifestyle can be hard, but not impossible.

Some buddies choose to:
Check in via WhatsApp messages
Have short phone or video calls
Meet in person for walks or activities
You and your buddy decide what feels best.
-
That’s okay — it happens.
If the match doesn’t feel right, you can contact us and we’ll happily rematch you. There’s no pressure or obligation to continue if it’s not working for you.
-
We’re currently gathering interest.
The first round of matches will be made in Feb 2026,.
