Our Mission
Building a Healthy Active and empowered future for the black community.
Our Story
Rebuild Health was created to address physical inactivity in the black community in the UK. Originating from our founders family story and the stories of many families around her the project and community was created to support change.
Our Work
We have created a 12 week physical activity improvement project which focuses on addressing barriers the community face in getting physically active. Over 12 weeks participants will experience 1-2-1 support via a 45 minute online session.
It doesn't stop there! We believe community is everything and finding a space where you feel safe and valued is important. That's why alongside our project we are building a community to bring people together both online and offline.
